installing new gpu into toshiba satellite p200?
I have a toshiba satellite p200. My friend has offered me a nvidia geforce 8800 gt for free as he is getting a new graphics card. My question is can i install it into my laptop (current:nvidia 7600 go) or not?
No.
That laptop has an integrated video chipset, meaning it is built into the design of the motherboard and it cannot be swapped out. So, although it is nice of your friend to offer, it will do you no good. You cannot use it in that model Satellite.
