What is a good power supply to the following specs?

Look at your E7500 specs-- That CPU draws a mere 65 watts max. That's a little over 6 amps on the +12V rail.

Since you are using a microATX G31 motherboard with just one PCIExpress 16x slot, it tells me you will NOT be running SLI.

Those are NOT "underestimations." power (in watts) = voltage x amperage. The math doesn't lie. I defy anyone who thinks that's an "underestimation" to look up the physics formula for the relationship between wattage, voltage and amperage.
