nvidia geforce overclocking program

I overclocked my NVidia e-Geforce 9600GT, but I get a very small decrease in my games performance. Why?

I have an Nvidia e-Geforce 9600GT, and I recently used programs like Rivatuner and Powerstrip to overclock my card. In 3DMark my score went from a 26,000 to a 30,000 after overclocking, but in game's benchmark suck as World in Conflict, Far Cry 2, or Crysis, my FPS actually decreases slightly by 1 or 2 average FPS. It's not a huge decrease but I also have no improvement in performance either. Does anyone know why my graphics card isn't improving in game benchmarks when overclocked?

Reson being you have a stronger Graphics card than a RAM Intake on your computer and CPU Processor... it just cant handle the pwnage of your graphics card... time to upgrade friend .
